Which smartphone do I need?+

An NFC Android smartphone with internet access. Include your model in the request so we can check device, operating system and app compatibility.

Do I need a separate terminal?+

SoftPOS accepts contactless card payments on a compatible smartphone. A separate payment terminal is not required for this use case.

Where should the customer tap their card?+

On the back of the smartphone near the NFC antenna. Its location varies by model. Wait for transaction confirmation in the app after the card is read.

How do self-employed professionals issue receipts?+

The procedure depends on your business status and market. We will agree on the receipt workflow during setup. Discuss receipts ↗

Where and when will I receive funds?+

We will check settlement details, available payment destinations and payout timelines during setup. Terms are set out in your bank agreement.

What documents will I need?+

The bank requires identification and confirmation of your business status. Your manager will explain the exact list and secure delivery method. Contact details are enough for an initial enquiry.

Can I record cash payments?+

Yes. Record cash sales alongside other transactions in the app. Issuing the appropriate receipt remains a separate step.
