An NFC Android smartphone. We will check compatibility with your model, operating system and app before setup.
Where should the customer tap their card?+
On the back of the smartphone, near its NFC antenna. The position depends on the model. Wait for confirmation in the app.
Can self-employed professionals accept payments?+
Yes. The service is available to self-employed professionals, sole traders and companies. We will confirm onboarding, settlement and receipt terms for your business status.
Is there a monthly fee?+
SoftPOS has no setup or monthly fee. Card acquiring starts at 1.4%; your rate depends on your business and bank terms. Receipt services and additional hardware are agreed separately.
Can I accept QR payments?+
Yes. The app displays a payment QR code. The customer scans it with their smartphone and confirms payment in their banking app.
Where can I view transactions and manage products?+
Your JoinPAY dashboard includes inventory, locations, employees, payments and reports. Access to the loyalty programme is also included.
