How is the monthly cost calculated?+

The service costs USD 25 per device per month. Use the calculator to choose your device count. Hardware and payment acceptance terms are confirmed during setup.

Can I accept QR payments?+

Yes. The JoinPAY POS app supports QR payments, bank cards and cash. Setup terms and transaction fees are confirmed in your proposal.

Does the loyalty programme cost extra?+

The loyalty programme is free for JoinPAY Smart POS and SoftPOS users. Set up reward points, discounts and special offers.

Can I manage several locations?+
