What will my transaction fee be?+
Rates start at 1.4%. We will prepare a proposal based on your business, expected turnover and setup. Acquiring terms are agreed before launch.
Can the terminal connect to our POS?+
The platform supports popular systems including r_keeper, iiko, ATOL, Evotor, 1C and CSI. Tell us your software and version so we can check compatibility.
What should I choose for mobile work?+
Mobile Smart POS supports payments and receipt printing at the customer's location. SoftPOS enables contactless payments on a compatible Android smartphone. We will help choose the right option.
Do I need a new bank account?+
An additional bank account may not be required. Compatibility with your current account is confirmed with the partner bank.
Does the dashboard cost extra?+
Your dashboard is free. View companies, employees, transactions and reports for your chosen period.
Does a payment terminal replace a POS?+
A PIN pad accepts payments and works alongside a POS system. If you need receipt printing as well, we will discuss Smart POS and the required receipt integration.
