How does the customer receive a receipt?+
With a connected cloud receipt service, receipts are sent to the customer's phone or email. Order data and receipt service terms are agreed before launch.
Can I record cash payments?+
The app supports cash payment records. Transaction recording and receipts are configured as part of the agreed solution.
Can payments be built into the courier's app?+
Yes. The SoftPOS API provides payment functions. Your main app and SoftPOS are installed on the phone; compatibility and integration flows are checked with your team.
Does the solution support agency payments?+
The solution supports supplier lists and supplier selection before payment. Contractual models, payment flows and receipt details must be agreed separately.
