Yes, using SoftPOS on a compatible NFC Android smartphone with internet access. Include the model in your request so we can check compatibility.

Does SoftPOS replace a POS system?+

SoftPOS accepts contactless payments. Receipt integration must be agreed separately: we will check your existing POS or suggest a solution.

Can prices differ between locations?+

Yes. Create locations with separate products and prices in your dashboard. Employees use their own location's menu.

Is the loyalty programme paid?+

The loyalty programme is free for JoinPAY Smart POS and SoftPOS users. Set points, discounts and offers under your business rules.

Are QR payments supported?+

Yes. Offer guests QR payments. QR payment terms are agreed separately from the card acquiring rate.

How do I transfer my existing menu?+

Tell us how your catalogue is stored and which system you use. We will agree on preparing products, categories and prices before launch.
